I do believe that it is Lisa Ling that did the investigating and reporting. She's the one that made the statement that she's a changed woman now and will only buy from a shelter.

I watched a show years ago about Opray getting a new Cocker puppy. She went through the whole thing of showing them going to the ladies house, etc. I honestly was appalled that Oprah bought from her. It looked like a backyard breeder to me. I don't know the breeder or anything else, just what I saw on the show. I truly was shocked that Oprah even went there.
