If this show is not done with a balance which with her statement I doubt it is.
I think we should all email the show letting them know we want the other half of the story told, it is only fair that the public see the whole story.

It's always such an argument on what a responsible breeder is though...everyone has their own opinions. It's a fact that puppymills are terrible...but who is and who is not reputable is a matter of opinion (to a point anyway). I think it would be hard for her to do a show on reputable breeders because everyone has a different opinion of what they are.
I like the idea of mandatory spay/neuter laws but I don't know if they are going about it quite right. I think it will help to stop backyard breeders..the ones that just want to breed their pets. But I don't want to see reputable breeders hurt in the process...and it still won't stop the large puppymills. So they need to do more than mandatory spay/neuter laws. They need to make commercial breeding and selling in petstores illegal

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
