At what age do you think a Yorkie's ears should be up, and when would you intervene to wrap them if they aren't up. I ask because I saw a picture of a very young yorkie with ears already up, but lots with ears still down or just coming up.

I've heard even later on you can wrap them and it will still work. Is that true??
