Autumn does not have a top knot (even though I would like her to) I tried in the beginning but she would rub her head on the floor until she was able to get out whatever was in her head. I was to worried that she would eat the pony (because she has tried) and it just was not worth the headache, heartache and vet bill had that happened. I still think she looks cute anyway! I just wish she wasn't such a tomboy!
