Are you sure Tobey is a Silky?
There's some really big teapot yorkies out there including my Naboo. Naboo looks about the same size as Tobey and have the same nose. I always wondered if she was a Silky but I met her parents and litter mates from the breeder and she's a yorkie. Although no DNA has ever proved this.
