I can absolutely picture her frustration with you. She says "OOOOUUTTTT" just like you trained her to say when she needs to go out. But instead, you run and get the "lightning maker" (as my storm phobia Shih Tzu refers to my camera) and start taking pics and vids. She has to gooooooooo......
