If your baby's fur is really short, maybe try to put a thin material clothing on. If it is because of the environment, a tee/cotton shirt might help as you are protecting their skin from the environment.

Mine gets itchy after going out, its grass I think that he itches from and he cannot eat oat, it also makes him itch.

I have used oatmeal shampoo on him and it works because it doesn't dry out the skin so much. I also have a bottle of Burgham Senior shampoo for senior dogs but this shampoo is good. It is milder on his skin than the normal shampoos. I also use Emu Oil spray-the brand that I am using is Kalaya. I spray it on him after bath and whenever I need to. It does help keeping his skin moisturized, fur soft and I think it helps to keep bugs away to a certain extent.

Edit: I do feed him boiled salmon or share my salmon sashimi with him at least once a week. I think it helps.
