Thanks for all the responses. I'm sooo nervous putting her under for the spay. She was 1.8 lbs when I got her at 14 weeks old & she really hasn't grown much over the past months - now only 2.2 lbs at 9 months. We usually get our dogs done around 6-7 months old, but where she was so tiny I've put it off until now as the breeder said she shouldn't come into heat until around 10 mths old. I don't really think she will gain much more weight, I'd be really surprised if she reached 3 lbs. - but I would wait a little more if she would gain another lb. or so....
