The hair on the top portion of the ears you can use small beard clippers for and just shave down..that is just to aid in the ears standing up. As for the hair in the ear you can pluck OR your vet OR groomer would be more than happy to this for you. Just please be careful with the insides of the ear..you don't want to hurt an eardrum!
