I don't have any advice really because it is a hard decision and if I say don't get it and your dog gets lepto, then I would feel horrible.

If I said do get it and your dog goes into shock or even worse, then I would feel horrible.

I will say this.
I would not give it before 16 weeks and I would give it separately (not with any other vaccines or in a combo) if I got it at all.

Don't let your vet pressure you into anything and you can ask him/her for the statistics of how many dogs have gotten it in your state.
