I have tried German, Canadian and US Ice Wine and I really love all that I have tried so far. It can be $20 on up past $80 for a bottle though, so it is pricey! German wines are my favorites. You probably already know, but the reason they call it ICE wine is..... The longer grapes are left on the vine the sweeter they become. They leave those grapes on the vine until the ice comes and freezes the grapes while they are still on the vine. Very sweet.
My very favorite is Piesporter Michelsberg Kabinett, preferably by Weber. It is very mellow. I can't take very dry or very tart wine. I have tasted some pretty awful wines.
