Hi, when I adopted Charlie (10 yo) last year, he had a beat up immune system, he had demodex, -0- t4 (thyroid) and was on ivermectin. However, his mites are gone and he has a dose of Revolution each month. Also, any dog that has a history of demodex cannot have steriods because it activates the mites. Warmly, Deborah

PS Sorry your Gracie has a chronic case because Ivermectin is bitter tasting.
