It sounds like seperation anxiety to me too - bless her heart - she is just AMAZING ! I know it must have been awful to see all the messes but holy cow - opening doors ? What a smart girl and DETERMINED !
But - at this stage - maybe finding a home where she'll always have someone with her all the time is a good idea - after all this it seems to be what you need to do before you don't have a house left or worse - she runs in the street and gets hit -
