Reggie is a notorious paw licker. His is mainly due to allergies I believe. It used to be worse, but a change to better food helped immensely. When he was on raw food (Steve's Real Food), it was definitely the most improvement.
At night, when we're in bed and he starts that, I warn him that he will be kicked out of bed if he doesn't stop it.
