Holly had her first Bordatella at I believe 12 weeks, then the booster at 16 weeks. She had to wait another month or so after the booster to go to the groomer, puppy school, etc., when she had full immunity. As I recall, Gracie had hers earlier than that, but that is because I got Gracie at a younger age and she was further ahead on vaccines than Holly was when I got her. Speak with your vet. I too refused the lepto vaccine, even though my vet tried to push it with Holly.
