V I am so glad that the girls and you are ok from that very scary encounter.
Getting pepper spray is a really good idea. Even for you to have without the girls.
My son's friend almost got mugged in a parking garage as she got out of her car and she pepper sprayed the guy and he ran off. So I think you should carry that with you at ALL times.
I can't understand why that woman would not have had her dog on a leash.
