I took Daisy into Petco on Xmas Eve for a trim. Thank goodness YT members gave me the info to be specific on what I wanted. After I explained to the groomer that I only want about an inch taken off of her full coat, etc (I even brought pics of what I wanted) the groomer told me that they do not do scissor cuts and that they would use clippers to trim her which would leave her with about 2" of hair length. So I took my Daisy and left.

They never mentioned this when I called to make an appointment for a cut for her so I wonder how many people are surprised when they arrive to pick up their pup.

I noticed as well that most of the dogs were shaved or in the process of being shaved.
