seems like i lucked out bc I took my pup, Bindi to Petsmart and got the puppy package. Perhaps it varies from store to store and most suck. lol because they told me that it would be just an hour to 1.5 hours. She came out looking fantabulous! I was quite clear however on how i wanted her cut (which wasnt very difficult). I waited/watched most of the time. but i agree that most seem to have bad experiences. |
