NO NUTRICAL for those tiny ones or any newborn pup
their systems cant handle it this young, white karo a minor drop would be ok.  
you should let the tiny ones on the teat often and begin supplimenting the larger ones (the ones in the 3's) but that being said none of those are larger...these kids need feeding every two hours your main concern would be dehydration...I would hold off docking tails and declaws at least until 5 days old unless you get a great weight gain, I dont until theyre at least 3.5 - 4 oz and I know their strong enough to handle it... 
I would weigh them 3 times a day documenting it...
morning, noon and night...that will tell you how each one is doing! 
I dont envy you this will be a lot of work getting those weights up, I wish you all the best
