Jenn...I remember when I was researching the shark mop, that some said it left streaks the first, maybe also 2nd time, but after that it was fine. That never happened to me, but I'm thinking it has something to do with the type of cleaner you were using on your floor prior to using the shark. There's always some left on the floor and after a couple of times, it should be fine.
My Shark is still working well. I worried when I read Archie's post, but so far, so good!
