Animal Smiley 049 Tiny Yorkies

Hi, my first time to write in here. I have a tiny Yorkie, Ellie Aunna, who will be 4 years old on May 14th. She weighs a big 3 1/2 lbs. She is a feisty little thing and so smart. She understands many things that we say. She has a lot of personality packed in that tiny little body. She has bad back knees, but two Vets have told us that they would not recommend we have them surgically corrected as long as they do not seem to keep her from walking and are not causing any pain. So far, she does fine and does not ever seem to be in pain. She can even jump onto the sofa and onto a footstool. But we try to keep her from trying to jump a lot. When she walks her little behind and tail swish back and forth like she is being sassy!!! It is adorable.
She loves to go Bye-bye. If she sees me put shoes on, or get a coat, or my purse, she is ready to go...even when she can't go!! She also knows what "going for a walk" means. She will go to the closet where her collar and leash are kept. When we say, "Do you want to go Bye-bye," she goes to the closet where her carrier is kept, too.
Does anyone else out there have a full grown tiny Yorkie who is 4 lbs. or under? Would like to hear from you. I will post pictures of Ellie soon.
Thanks! Ellie's Mom
