Do whats best for you... Take the things that you've learned/read and apply it to best fit your situation. If you feel that this lady is trustworthy, then go with your gut... you can tell from a persons character, what their true intentions are... You will know
Just be sure to ask her all the needed questions and do the research on her if any can be done... imo
