Yes, it is normal. Just put yourself in her shoes. You've just been taken away from your mother, your siblings, and the place that you called home. Maybe you've never slept by yourself at night either. Combined with new strange people, and strange surroundings.
This would upset you too. Just be patient with her. She might cry for a few nights, maybe even a week. But just let her cry. Otherwise you will teach her that if she cries long enough, she will get her way. And I know you don't want to do that. It's hard for us all - we've all been through it, but it will be better and easier in the long run. You don't want to have to try and crate train her later on, because it will invovle alot more crying and take longer to do. |
