The magazine industry is a dog eat dog world (pun intended). Something like 90 percent of magazines fail the first year. Problem now it's even worse, paper, ink, all going up. I use to love magazine, but not anymore, with the Internet news seems so much fresher. After all, by the time a magazine is in print, it's old news. Even some of the old standbys are reducing there printing from every month to bimonthly then quarterly. Newspapers are having a hard time too. Have you checked the market to see if there is a magazine like that? Could you convert you ideas to a Web magazine? |
