I think if someone feels that other breeders need to take a good look at their own program that would insinuate that this person has made the statement they feel they have perfected their program and are now telling others to take a look at their breeding program, otherwise they would still be too busy with their own program to be worrying about someone elses? And as we all know there is no perfect dog so their is no perfect breeding program and when one feels they have finished studying and finished improving they have become dangerous to a breed.
