I was assuming she took the puppy in and the vet checked the stool sample. She passed roundworms. If she had hookworms, hopefully the vet would have told her because it takes several wormings to get rid of hookworms. You usually can't see the hookworms when they pass them because they are so small. Tapeworms, from fleas, you can see in the stool and they look like little rice segments.
