She hasn't gained any weight that I can tell. She always weighs around ten pounds - a little over or under. I just don't know. She loves to be able to jump and you can tell it bothers her that she can't   |

Some vets will check and some won't.
It isn't something I'd go rushing in for but have them check next time she needs something else.
Ellie jumped just fine too soon after her spay but if you touched her belly wrong for a couple of months after, she yelped.  The vet thinks the internal sutures were bothering her and they didn't dissolve as fast as they should have. 
I would be concerned though that it has been awhile and she could jump before and not so much now...  Never heard of that after a spay.
