i do screen buyers, and will take them back if they are not wanted.
im sure all breeders have these issues, yes i will be testing all my dogs.
they appear healthy, but i do want to be responsible. it is a big responsibilty

In regards to making money, some breeders are lucky if they break even after having a litter and selling the pups. There are all sorts of tests, procedures etc that ethical breeders undertake both before and after the birth of the pups. There can be unforseen circumstances, such as expensive c-sections, emergency vet visits etc. These can cost a lot of money.

If breeders are in it purely for the money, then I would be concerned that all the necessary care hasn't been taken as it would take a large chunk out of the profits.
