I got reffered to a vet in pasadena, CA which is around 20 min from my house. But i dont feel as if he is doing thorough of a job as he could be... when we went in for hershey's check up, after he felt him around and did some things, he would just say "well he seems healthy". inside, im thinking he SEEMS healthy?? so your saying you dont know for sure?? and when i would ask him questions about him he would say it in very vague way... such as "well he's not with me all the itme so i dont know how he really is.. but i would think..."

and everything just seemed vague. am i overreacting? it IS my first time owning a pet so i have nver been to the vet before and i have no idea what they are like. but i just thought that they would be more certain and knowledgable about eveyr breed. how are your vets like?

*oh and on our first visit he gave us a big purina pro plan food.. which i found from this forum that it is bad for dogs in general. so is he a bad vet?!
and between welness puppy food and solid gold hundchen flocken puppy food, which ones better? im still deciding.. thanks alot
