In Canada now, if you get charged with impaired driving you get a breathilizer system put into you vehicle.. you have to blow into it before the car turns on, and if your driving and the alarm goes off.. you better blow fast or the car stops immediately... so if they can come up with this.. maybe they need to spend money on convicts that are released...
