The problem is how the puppies/dogs are kept and cared for. Would it be a problem if all the dogs were kept in proper conditions and received proper care? It isn't the dogs, it's how they are kept. Although I don't like mass production, it's how the dogs are treated that is the problem and there are laws on the books saying they have to be treated well, but those laws aren't enforced.
