The airlines require the pet to have a health certificate and all there shots. They have to be at least 8 wks old and have a non-collapable crate, with food and water access. The cost is depending on where you are flying and how much your pet's weight. Some airlines allow you to take your puppy on board with you. Try Delta and American Airline.
