When Lola came into heat last time, she looked like she had milk coming in from the time she was in heat, till the time she would had delivered if she would have gotten pregnant. It CAN be a heat symptom that sticks around or a false pregnancy sign. However, a dog that gets pregnant can have that from the time they concieve as well, only time will tell.
Can I ask if she was around other dogs at this time? Where did she go?
