This is a instint in the wild pack/den animals will eat the poop to hide from becoming dinner of a larger animal. I do not think diet will change it.
Becareful giving can pumpkin -- this is given for loose stool to firm it up.
I have read meat tenderizer will work? But I do not know if it will upset tummy? I'm going to read on the pineapple thing?? I have on girl here that tries to eat the poop--while it's still coming out of the other butt this is gross
