I feed the Nature's Variety medallions and I've also used the BARF patties and I'm curious as to why you debone the medallions. All of the medallions that I have used the bone in is small and I can't see trying to debone them. I feed these to my 16 week old yorkie and my 4 year old Bichon, who has a very sensitive stomach and have never had a problem with the size of the bone. Inquiring minds want to know......
