Ellie was not herself for over a week but she was in a onesie and doesn't like to be dressed, so that could have easily been her problem.
Some vets don't give pain meds at all (
), so it is definately okay to stop them now.
I wouldn NOT let her jump yet. She should not resume normal activity at 5 days. Usually they make you wait until suture removal. Ellie jumped a day or two after her spay and thank God nothing happened but it could have been serious. I wouldn't let her jump for at least a week (haha...that usually doesn't work...but trying is what counts.

Honestly, Ellie's belly hurt when I touched it wrong a couple months after surgery because her internal stitches weren't dissolving correctly (immune system wasn't attacking them). This isn't common though, so she may or may not be in pain for awhile.
