A very warm moist washcloth on your ear should bring it to a head that will open on it's own. Poor girl.
I'll bet that is very painful. Take some Tylenol for the pain too. It could take a couple of days for it to go away on its own. If the pain gets worse or starts bothering more of your face, then get in to see the doctor OK?
