I have two pimples inside my ear canal (gross i know!) They're not really popable, anything else I can do to make them go away quicker. The whole dang right side of my head hurts from them. I would put some zit cream on them, but I'm not too sure if its safe in my ear?
Anything I can do to keep them from coming back?
