I would probably avoid the sweet potatoes and use
squash instead - try canned or frozen squash and put a bit of butter spray on it (it could be worse
). Another thing you can use is brown rice (NOT white). Canines don't truly
need carbs, per se, but they are definitely helpful during times of stress, and especially helpful during digestive issues/healing - all of which applies to little Zoey.
How are her stools, btw? And itching? Other symptoms?
