I strongly suggest that you get the next booster, but wait until 6 months for the rabies. He will be better able to handle any reaction from it and if you give multiple vaccines now and he does react, you won't know which one was the problem cause. It does prevent enrolling him in puppy classes until after the rabies is done, but I feel worth the wait, especially if he's having other health issues.
