I've made the decision not to spay during pregnancy ( as seen on Bile Acid Test thread) because I think it is too dangerous, and inhumane. Spay after the puppies are weaned and mom is in good health. She won't come into heat again for at least 6 months. So there is time to wait and do it when she is in good condition.
