I'm sure many of you remember hearing me rant about my terrible neighbors upstairs and how loud they are. Well I guess our landlord sent them a letter telling them to calm down but it hasn't worked. We've had enough. Nothing is going to work to keep them quiet so we are just going to get revenge.
Let them see how it feels. What would be the best thing to wake up an upstairs neighbor??? Ooooh I'm just so excited! I feel 16 again!
