That is a great story about your fur babies. WE camp with our dogs also (2 dachshunds, a yorkie and a rat terrier) and our African Grey Parrot. We trail ride (horses) during the day so we leave the dogs in our AC trailer and then in the evenings we walk or play with them. We were walking them one evening when we saw some geese and as we got closer, the geese ran for the pond. The smallest dachshund ran after them barking and when she got to the pond, she jumped right in after them, sank out of site. Just about the time she popped back up and started swimming to shore my husband was about to jump in after her. It was so funny. Needless to say after that she chased the geese but stopped just at the edge of the pond. lol |
