VISTA is the absolute "armpit"!!!! I cannot express how much I hate it! They didn't have it perfected enough before they began cramming it down our throats!! We have two computers that has Vista ... I will be so happy when mine dies and I can get a new one. I have only had this one for a year and Patrick's is only 2-3 months old and he feels the same way! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you about downloading from your camera. I am able to do that .... it's plug 'n play so all I have to do is plug it into a USB and then turn my camera on. A screen pops up and you can make your choices there. Wish I could help you but am in "Vista Hell" with you. Good luck!!
