| Have you tried unplugging your camera from the USB port or turning it on/off?
Maybe your camera is not on? Some need to be charged to upload pictures to your computer.
Or, you could click the start button (the button in the very bottom left corner of your screen) and click where it says "computer."
Now, you're going to have to guess what USB port your camera's cord is plugged into. (It will be named DRIVE E: or something like that, and possibly have your camera's name.) There might be more than one of these "DRIVE" 's. To make it easier, I would unplug anything thats plugged into a USB port besides your camera's cable. Or, you can try opening a few DRIVE's up til you find something that relates to your camera, and try opening those up in order to find your pictures buried somewhere in there - this is hard to explain, but hey, it's worth a try!
