Thanks for the reply. It didn't seem quite like mange, but close enough that it scared me into taking her in. Vet doesn't know what caused it but doesn't think its too serious and put her on some anti-botics and then gave us some topical cream stuff to put on the skin. Hopefully that'll clear it all up.
