Thank goodness she didn't have to have surgery, and I hope and pray it has somehow dissolved or ended up in her tummy. Please give her hugs and kisses from me.
I think you should put in a complaint about that jerk of a doctor, but it will probably go nowhere. I don't think places give a rat's behind anymore. Hopefully you'll get more response than you did when I wrote the postmaster general for you. It just seems no one gives a darn anymore about how their employees treat the public. It's a sad, ole world.
