I use a puppy shampoo. Hartz puppy groomers choice tearless..... The people who I got him from were bathing him with a flea and tick shampoo and Im thinking that could have caused dry skin too because he is only 9 weeks and I have not yet seen a flea shampoo for puppies under 12 weeks. Mine is 9 weeksold by the way. I dont know. I have bought an oatmeal flea shampoo but it says for 12 weeks and older so Im just waiting. I hear oatmeal is good for their skin.
