LOL no, chew it 20 times....it was easy with the cereal I had a little bit ago when I first started it, but, when it got soggy, it was kind of hard to chew it that long...LOL
It takes 20 minutes after you've started eating for your brain to realize it's full, that's why some people eat and then feel miserable (stuffed) a few minutes later...you did give me a good laugh....
