My apartment is all hardwood except for a huge rug in the living room.
Since she's been potty trained, she hasn't gone on the rug. When I was in the process of training her, she use to pee on the rug all the time. I use Nature's Miracle to clean her pee spots.
I had her potty trained to her washable pee pads in about two weeks and that's mainly because I stayed home from work and watched her like a hawk. When I couldn't watch her, she was in a her "area".
To get her to use the pee pads, I bought a spray and sprayed the pee pads.
